The online Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) in Human Resource Management (HRM) from the UWF will teach you how to ethically recruit, hire, deploy and manage human capital strategically in an organization. Courses and Requirements
UWF’s online Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Human Resource Management program includes 120 credit hours. After completing 60 credit hours in general education, including recommended lower-division prerequisite courses, you will complete 60 credit hours for the HR major.

To be considered for admission to UWF’s online B.S.B.A. in Human Resources, you must:
- Successfully complete all lower-division general education and prerequisite courses with a grade of C or better

To apply to the online B.S.B.A. in Human Resources at UWF, you’ll submit an application for undergraduate admission with its $30 application fee along with the following:

Time to completion varies by student, depending on individual progress. Fees are charged per semester unless otherwise noted. This program may take up to 48 months to complete, depending on course availability and applicable transfer credits.
